Please read these terms and conditions carefully before you sign up for any of our services. By signing up for any of our services you expressly imply that you are bound by the terms listed below.

REFUND POLICY
  • We do not provide any kind of refund for used services. Full refunds are provided only in case of non-delivery of RDP.
  • We can’t refund money in the case of RDP since it’s a virtual service.
  • If RDP is not working, contact us immediately for a replacement by live chat or by email. We do replacement within 24 to 48 hours if RDP is not working. Please do not contact our team after many days later about the RDP issue.
  • Refund not possible if the there blacklist issue of IP or third-party software-related issue ( If there are any software related or is corrupted or is tampered refund will not be given for that reason, you should contact their support to get it solved.)
  • If you will violate our Terms and conditions, no refund will be made on any situation.
  • If you do not agree with the above rules, please DO NOT place an order.
